5 things you might not know about me : Jackson Michigan Photographer : Mid Michigan Photographer

As I come up on the sixth anniversary of my business I wanted to share more about me, who I am and what makes me, me! I thought it might be fun to

write a blog about the 5 things that you might not know about me. Let's begin!

#5 - I have lived in Jackson county either in the city Jackson or the Spring Arbor area almost my whole life. I have only lived in one other place in my life and that was a brief stint in New Jersey for about a year. I actually like living in the community where I grew up. There is something to be said about the familiarity of the area and the ability to see the area grow and evolve.

#4 - I have been married for 21 years and have 2 sons who are currently teenagers in high school. I was a stay at home mom exclusively for the first

12 years of my children's lives before venturing into beginning this business.

#3 - I used to have a nickname of "Snoopy" growing up because I loved Snoopy and the Peanuts cartoon so much! I used to draw Snoopy and had a Snoopy stuffed animal that I lugged around with me all the time.

#2 - If I wasn't a photographer I would love to be doing something involving decorating, floral design or organizing. I love a DIY challenge and creating things with my hands. It's great to envision a project and see it come to fruition.

#1 - I really like learning about fitness and health related issues regarding maintaining and elevating your overall health and wellbeing especially more so now that I am getting older. I am a vegetarian and at some point may even convert to becoming a full fledged vegan but I still like to consume some cheese on occasion. Maybe I am a part time vegan?!
